Navigating Amberta’s site is a breeze. There are plenty of options at fair prices. The sleepwear I purchased is crafted really well. They showed up in just a couple of weeks after I placed my order. I’m for sure gonna shop with them again.

"Definitely Not Sterling Silver!"
I bought a snake bracelet that was labeled as sterling silver. Everyone knows that sterling silver doesn’t attract magnets, so when it showed up, I did the magnet test. I was able to lift the bracelet by the clasp with the magnet, which clearly showed it wasn’t sterling silver. I reached out to Amberta about my issue, but they didn’t respond at all. Thankfully, I used PayPal, and I managed to get my cash back through their resolution center. I wouldn’t recommend buying from Amberta.

"Absolutely Gorgeous Bracelet"
This bracelet is absolutely gorgeous, elegant, and understated. It may seem a bit delicate, but for the price, it's a solid deal. I just wish they offered smaller sizes; sadly, I had to pass it on to someone else since it was too large for my wrist.

Well crafted and eye-catching chain. Perfect fit. My wife was thrilled with it since she wanted to pair it with a gold-toned Alexander the Great pendant. The chain complements the pendant beautifully. Great deal. 10 out of 10.

"Inquiry About Customer Support"
I used to be quite pleased with Amberta. I’ve got a question about a bracelet I bought from them, and I’ve sent them emails at least four times. As of today, I still haven’t heard back, and the first email was sent before Christmas. If they get back to me, I’d have no issue giving them a five-star rating since their jewelry is fantastic.

"No hassle, all smooth sailing..."
This transaction was totally hassle-free, the only issue I faced was picking out what to buy! The speedy delivery was a nice surprise too. The jewelry is gorgeous; I grabbed a few bracelets as presents and loved them so much that I promptly ordered some for myself. I’ll surely shop with Amberta again.

The one thing I gotta mention is that there wasn't a choice to pick a size for the silver link bracelet. But honestly, aside from that, they look gorgeous.

"My thoughts on the product experience"
If I was just rating the products and service, I'd give it a full 5 stars. However, I found the packaging for international shipping to be lacking. When my package showed up, it was all torn apart and one item was missing. On the bright side, the customer service team was quick to respond and processed a refund for the item that didn't make it. The products themselves are beautiful and the prices are fair.
